Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy:
Jungle Lane has adopted the following policy toward intellectual property infringement. Intellectual property includes but is not limited to copyright, trademarks and patents.
When notified of an infringing activity, Jungle Lane will make a good faith attempt to contact the allegedly infringing party, so that they can make a counter notification. If no notification is made within 10 working days, Jungle Lane will remove or disable access to the material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.
Procedure for Reporting Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringements:
If you believe that material residing on or is accessible through the Jungle Lane web site, infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right, to provide Jungle Lane of notice of such infringement, you must send by fax or regular mail notice of the infringement to the address listed below. You must provide the following information -

·Mailing address
·Telephone
·Email
·Identify the work that you claim has been infringed
·Identify the content on our site that you claim infringes your rights
·Where does the infringing content appear on our site? Please provide URL
·How does this content infringe your rights
·Are you the owner of such rights or a person legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner?
·A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that has been allegedly infringed upon
By submitting this notice, you declare under penalty of perjury that all of the information contained in this notice is accurate and that the use of your intellectual property described above, in the manner you have complained of, is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
If you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your intellectual property, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees). Therefore, if you are not sure whether the material infringes upon your intellectual property, please contact an attorney before contacting Jungle Lane.
Removal of Allegedly Infringing Material:
Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification is received by Jungle Lane, Jungle Lane may remove or disable access to the material infringing upon the intellectual property.
Jungle Lane will make a good faith attempt to contact the allegedly infringing party, so that they can make a counter notification. If no notification is made within 10 working days, Jungle Lane will remove or disable access to the material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity.
When removing material from the site, Jungle Lane will make reasonable attempts to inform the Member of the removal, the reason for the removal, and may provide the Member with a copy of the notice and the notifying party’s contact information.
Procedure to Supply a Copyright Counter-Notice:
If you materially misrepresent that a product or activity is not infringing upon the intellectual property, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). Therefore, if you are not sure whether or not the material infringes on the intellectual property, please contact an attorney before contacting Jungle Lane.
If an allegedly infringing party believes that their material that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing upon a Intellectual Property right, you must send a counter-notice to Jungle Lane by fax or regular mail to the address listed below. You must provide the following information -

·Mailing address
·Telephone
·Email
·Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the URL at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
·A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
·A physical or electronic signature
If a counter-notice is received by Jungle Lane, Jungle Lane may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that Jungle Lane may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 working days. Unless the intellectual property owner files an action seeking a court order against the allegedly infringing party, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 working days after receipt of the counter-notice, at Jungle Lanes’ discretion.
